Terms
Regular terms for stocking dealers are 1% - 15th month following date of shipment, and net thirty (30) days from the first of the month, following date of shipment. Projects and contract division sales are net 30th month following or per terms of contract. 1 1/2% per month will be charged on overdue accounts.

Orders
Orders are accepted on the basis that they will be invoiced at prices and terms in effect at the time of shipment. The minimum net value of each order is $50.00. Orders will be filled with reasonable promptness. Additions to orders to be delivered by Allmar International must be ordered 24 hours prior to loading. On orders for pickup by the customer, reasonable setup time must be allowed. Orders for product not currently in stock may be written up and invoiced as separate orders. Non-stocking and special order items are non-cancelable. Allmar International shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from delay in filling orders due to fire, strikes, differences with freight carriers, government regulations, accidents, delays by common carriers, acts of God, or any causes beyond our control.

Prices
This catalogue illustrates the scope of products distributed by Allmar International. Please call our sales desk for availability of both seasonal and special order products that may not be listed in the online catalogue. In an effort to offer our customers competitive pricing, no printed price list accompanies this catalogue. All prices and quotations are subject to change without notice and exclude P.S.T. and G.S.T.

Packaging
The weight and cubes shown in the catalogue are based on current manufacturers' packaging configurations and are subject to change at any time. In the event of a discrepancy, the actual weight and cube of a shipment will govern.

Return Policy
No merchandise is to be returned to Allmar International without advance authorization. The Allmar sales representative contingent upon inspection of the defective or damaged merchandise will issue this written authorization. If a return of non-defective merchandise is authorized, transportation charges must be prepaid and goods will be accepted for credit only, subject to inspection for salability and to a restocking charge of 20%. Allmar International will not, under any circumstances, authorize the return of product discontinued by the manufacturer, non-stocking product, or special order product. Prior to credit being issued, the customer must provide original Allmar invoice documentation. Credit for authorized returns will be issued at invoiced prices.

Shortage or Damage
In case of any shortage or damage with a common carrier, notify at once the delivering transportation agent and file claim promptly. In case of any shortage or damage with an Allmar truck, confirm these with the driver and immediately notify your sales desk representative who will undertake the claim/replacement procedure.

Freight Terms
All orders are sold F.O.B. Allmar International Upon delivery to the transportation company of the purchaser's choice, shipments become the property of the purchaser who assumes the risk of loss, or damage in transit. Inspection of sold goods at Allmar is incumbent on the carrier. On any orders where a customer insists on less than a manufacturer's protective carton size, Allmar International will not assume responsibility for damaged goods not shipped by an Allmar truck. On orders shipped by an Allmar truck, scheduling will be according to routes and schedules determined by current market conditions, and subject to economic viability of each run.The minimum drop charge to any location serviced by an Allmar truck is $25.00. Freight charged would be the rate quoted at time of order placement.

Scope Of These Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this catalogue represents the basic (but not exhaustive) product specifications, currently provided by the manufacturers of the products carried by Allmar International, and will constitute our entire terms and obligations upon our acceptance of any order, regardless of the terms, stipulations, etc., in any request for quotations, or as may appear in any order form now or later submitted by the purchaser.
