At the heart of its Fortius Athlete Development Centre is the Fortius Institute, which employs an integrated team of sports medicine, science and training leaders who conduct research and activities aimed at preventing injuries, enhancing performance, treating injuries and educating athletes. The facility includes an array of rooms and spaces, from welcoming areas to open administration spaces and common areas to encourage collaboration among practitioners. The Lodge at Fortius and the gymnasium are highlights of the facility, open to athletes and the local community. A comprehensive laboratory features state-of-the-art force, time, motion, and muscle activity measurement technologies to analyze human performance.
