At Allmar, logistics is a critical part of good customer service. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in making certain that products reach each project on time. This position requires a high energy, detail-oriented individual. Primary responsibilities include: supervising and coordinating all warehouse activities, order-filling, transporting doors and products, and maintaining stock records in the warehouse.
We pride ourselves on product knowledge. The Purchaser is well informed on current products and technology trends in the architectural openings industry. Key responsibilities include: Sourcing hardware, wood doors, overhead doors, hollow metal doors, and other materials. The Purchaser invites tenders and negotiates contracts with vendors whose standards meet Allmar hardware quality specifications.
The Project Administrator is the axis point of each project. Their primary mission is to create and implement the successful flow of all project requirements. The Project Administrator has significant interaction with project engineering team members; and teams within the branch. This position requires a skilfull communicator ensuring the seamless transfer of information between the Allmar team and our clients.
The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Allmar’s technology assets. This individual possesses the ability to assess and identify appropriate technology solutions to meet business opportunities as they are discovered. This includes the implementation and testing of technology solutions in support of Allmar and its business interests.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for Allmar’s most valuable resource, Allmar employees. The HR Manager develops and leads the implementation of Human Resource practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. At Allmar we emphasize empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, as well as the recruitment and ongoing development of a dynamic workforce. The individual in this role plays a critical role in supporting and maintaining the Allmar company culture.
Under the supervision of the Human Resource Co-Managers, the Human Resource Coordinator ensures compliance with employment laws while supporting the human resources functions, including implementation of all Company services, policies, procedures and programs. This includes the selection, orientation, training and evaluation of staff.
As directed by the shop supervisor, Fabricators operate welding equipment to weld and manufacture the most essential part of our business, hollow metal doors and hardware products. Allmar prides itself on providing quality products to its clients. It goes without saying then that this position requires an individual that is professionally invested in the quality of their craft.
The Estimator is responsible for gathering information on hollow metal, hardware and wood doors from architectural drawings in order to supply a quotation or pricing. This position requires the ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints and manufacturers material templates. This individual’s product knowledge is vast and current ensuring timely and accurate quotations.
Allmar Counter Sales Consultants promote sales to existing clients as well as identify and solicit potential clients. This individual knows how to win clients over with his/her ability to assess their needs and recommend the appropriate products and services. The Allmar Sales Consultant understands that following up with clients post sale is a requisite and important part of good customer service.
The Corporate Controller is responsible for the development and implementation of financial policies and systems. This includes establishing performance standards and preparing various financial reports for senior management. It requires the evaluation of financial reporting systems, accounting procedures and investment activities. The Corporate Controller also reviews and makes recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets and other financial control functions to senior management.
The Branch Controller is responsible for the supervision of Accounting, Credit, HR and Administrative Operations. This individual supports the Branch Manager to direct, promote and coordinate the business operations in a manner that will optimize the branch’s sales, market share, profits and savings.
The Accounts Receivable Manager is detail oriented and analytical with a broad accounting skill set. As directed by the Branch Manager, the Accounts Receivable Manager prepares and administers all contract invoices and credit applications for the Winnipeg branch accounts. Some responsibilities include: preparing reports, auditing branch billings, reconciling branch accounts, responding to all branch and customer inquiries, reviewing and verify new contracts for executives and sales contracts, and balancing month end statements.
The Accounts Receivable Clerk duties constitute and important part of daily accounting processes. As directed by the Controller, the Accounts Receivable Clerk prepares and process bills, invoices, and accounts receivables according to established procedures, calculates, prepares and issues invoices and account statements, as well as performs credit checks.

The Allmar Consultant has the relationship building skills to enable them to develop and maintain a credit-worthy customer base of at least $1,000,000 per year volume. The Branch Manager is responsible for the following areas, either by direct leadership or by delegation and follow-up: Sales and Marketing, Project Management, Human Resources, Asset Management, Fabricating, Logistics Service and Administration. You report to the President, VP and National Sales Manager on a regular basis regarding corporate and branch goals and objectives. It is up to this individual to ensure customers, co-workers are treated with dignity and respect at all times.
